Brief Description

This year's Reindeer Run will take place on December 5th in Downtown Baton Rouge (7:00 Jingle Bell Jog start & 7:20 Reindeer Run 5K start) Registration will be held at City Plaza at the corner of 4th Street and North Boulevard. All entrants will receive a long sleeve t-shirt. Prizes will be given for Male and Female Overall, Masters, Grandmasters, and age group winners. SHIRTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED ON RACE DAY, SIGN UP EARLY

Fun Run Begins at 7:00 PM. 5k Begins at 7:20 PM

Additional Information

This event is held in conjunction with the Downtown Festival of Lights. The festival includes Santa Claus, music, fireworks, free outdoor ice skating, and much more. Bring your family out for the run and the Christams fun! We will again be working with Toys For Tots this year. If you bring a NEW unwrapped toy you will be entered into a raffle to receive a $75 GIFT CERTIFICATE to a local athletic goods store. EARLY PACKET PICKUP will be held at the Charles Lamar YMCA on the corner of 3rd Street and North Street (downtown Baton Rouge). Pickup will take place from 11:00AM to 6:30PM on December 4th. Parking is available in the parking garage connected to the YMCA. Parking is free with a validated parking card.
