HARBOR HOUSE 400: RIDE FOR NEW BEGINNINGS

This ride raises funds for homeless and runaway youth. The scenic and fun ride will take you from: Barnegat, NJ --> Rehoboth Beach, DE --> Chincoteague, VA --> Gerogetown, DE --> Atlantic City, NJ --> Brick, NJ. At the end of your journey, there is a Welcome Home Celebration complete with food, games, music and fun for the whole family!

Additional Information

The 16th Annual Harbor House 400 is a scenic ride where people can cycle 5 days (400 miles), 3 days (225 miles) or 1 day (25 miles). Five-day riders will leave July 11th, 3-day riders will leave July 13th and 1-day riders will leave from and return to Windward Beach Park in Brick, NJ. On Sunday, July 15th we have a big Welcome Home Celebration in which friends and family, music, food, games, prizes and fun are had by all! Applebee's provides all of the food and there is a full Barbeque spread! This event raises funds for the homeless and runaway youth throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties in New Jersey. This year's ride will be flat and fast, with hotels to relax in after the day's ride. The group of riders are friendly and easy-going, with most riding for many years. This is the agency's largest fundraising event, so we require that people cycling 5 or 3 days raise $750 each. We have many ways in which a participant can easily raise these funds, so it is not at all as much of a challenge as you might think.
