Brief Description

Colonial Health and Rehabiliation in Bardstown, KY is teaming up with the Alzheimer's Association for the 1st annual Forget Me Not 5K walk/run and 1 mile fun run. We are pleased to donate all money raised to the Alzheimer's Association. Pre registration will close March 11th 2013, but day of registration is available 8a at Spalding Hall Lawn. Pre registration fees 5K $20 and 1mile fun run $20, 15 and under $10. Day of event $25 for 5K and 1 mile fun run.

Additional Information

Bardstown was recently named "The Most Beautiful Small Town" by USA Today and Rand Nally. Join us and enjoy a run/walk through this wonderful town. Please help us remember for those who can't!
