Patterson Park
The entire family can begin the New Year by participating in the 5K Run or 1 Mile Walk on a course entirely in beautiful Patterson Park with pre and post-race activities at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church Hall across Baltimore Street from the start/finish line. Walkers are particularly encouraged to join runners in an afternoon of exercise and fun - a great way to start 2010. Proceeds support Earl's Place. The program provides long-term housing and supportive services to homeless men and assists them with the transition to permanent housing and re-entry into society as self-sufficient and productive citizens.
