Join us for a Caribbean theme event filled with Soca music, themed mile markers, great prizes and a nice shaded park route in the summer. Part of your proceeds go toward Sarcodsis Research. Walk or Race and part of your proceeds go toward Sarcodsis Research. Explore the beauty of Druid Hill Park . Vendor sponsored prizes for first place winners in each age group.

Sarcoidosis (pronounced SAR-COY-DOE-SIS) is an inflammatory disease that can affect almost any organ in the body. It causes heightened immunity, which means that a person’s immune system, which normally protects the body from infection and disease, overreacts, resulting in damage to the body’s own tissues.
While part of the proceeds will help with the efforts to increase Sarcoidosis Awareness, Fitness Heights will offer Prizes, Networking, Giveaways and more. Early regsitration by Aug 15, 2009 @ 30.00. The rate will increase to $38.00 on August 16, 2009, Race Day Registration $45.00.
