Brief Description

Come join us for the 5th annual St. James Missions 5K/1K Run/Walk. This family friendly event highlights a challenging course in the heart of East Austin that includes level terrain and rolling hills. It will begin and end in the St. James Church parking lot. All 5K participants will be chip timed. There will be a fun run for the kids, a health fair and much more . A Pastors 5K Challenge will allow Pastors of area churches to show unified support of health and wellness in our communities.

Race for Free

Raise a minimum of $50 in donations for the Alzheimer's Association and Missions Ministry health/wellness outreach by March 24, 2012. Sign up individually or as a team at www.stjamescmbc.org/5K-run .

Additional Information

Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit ongoing research for the Alzheimer's Association Capital of Texas Chapter and continued community health and wellness outreach and education efforts, such as preventative health screenings, nutrition education and physical fitness training by the St. James' Missions.
