Brief Description

Schlotzsky's and the Austin YMBL are excited to host the 30th annual Schlotzsky's Bun Run in downtown Austin, Texas! We are proud to the be the longest running 5K in the city and for the first time, we are hosting our very own 10K as part of the Bun Run! All proceeds of the run benefit the Austin Sunshine Camps, which through the support of the YMBL, has provided summer camping experiences and leadership opportunities for under served youth in the Austin area.

RACE TIMES

10K: 7:00am
Kids K: 7:45am
5K: 8:30am

Fees

5K: $30 until Friday 4/27; $35 in-person at the Expo on Saturday and on Race Day
10K: $35 until Friday 4/27; $40 in-person at the Expo on Saturday and on Race Day
Kids K: $15

Team Captains

Team Captains will first create the team by clicking on the "Team Captains - Create Your Team" button above. You will then need to click the "Register Now" button and select the category you would like to register for. You will select your Team Name from the drop down box on the registration form.

Friday April 27th, 3pm - 7pm, Schlotzsky's on Lamar
Saturday April 28th, 10am - 4pm, Schlotzsky's on Lamar
Sunday April 29th, 5:30am - 8am, Auditorium Shores

Fastest Dog in Austin!!

Enter you and your pup to compete for the Fastest Dog in Austin. (5K only, fee is $10)

Raffle Prizes

2012 raffle prizes to be determined.

Raceday Parking and Bus Routes

Free Parking is available at One Texas Center & City Hall garages as well as TxDOT Parking Lots 118, 150, and 200 on E. Riverside. Additionally, pay parking is available at the Palmer Events Center for $7.00 and other nearby locations. We encourage you to park in the parking lots listed above as opposed to parking in the neighborhood adjacent to the race area. Bus Routes: Colorado = 3 – Burnet, 10 – South 1st. On Congress = 5 – Woodrow/ S 5th, 30 – Barton Creek
