Additional Information

Women's only triathlon for participants of all abilities. Champion Triathlete Colleen Cannon will once again provide her expertise various training seminars prior to race day. Free training seminars will also be held in the months prior to the event by Professional Triathlon Training Pro Coach Melissa Mantak. Water temperature on race day will be approximately 73 degrees. Water quality - excellent. Mandatory expo for all participants on Saturday, July 31. Expo details to follow at a later date.
