Brief Description

Join us for the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation's 4th annual Uptown Rhodes Race 5K, presented by the Dewberry Foundation. This exciting run/walk event will start at Rhodes Hall and go through the historic neighborhoods of Ansley Park and Sherwood Forest. All proceeds benefit the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.

Online registration closes @ 4 p.m. Fri., Nov. 9.

However, raceday registration is available the morning of the race from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Strollers & Dogs Welcome!

This event is stroller and dog friendly (just as long as your pooch is well-behaved, leashed, and under your control at all times). “Pet pit stops” will be located along the race route to provide dogs with drinking water and treats. So come out, have fun, and Dash With Your Dog!

Group discount available

Register 5 people for the price of 4! When you and 4 of your friends, family members, co-workers or even neighbors register together, the 5th registration is FREE (that's $5 off each registration)! To receive the discount, all 5 registrations must be purchased in one transaction. Enter your first registration, then on the "Submit Payment" page, click "Register Someone Else," and proceed to register your next participant(s). The discount will be automatically deducted.

Packet Pickup

Runners are encouraged to pick up their race packets Friday, Nov. 9. Participants can pick up their race packets at Rhodes Hall (1516 Peachtree Street, NW, Atlanta) between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. From 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., drive through packet pick-up will be available in the Rhodes Hall parking lot at 1495 Spring Street. Out-of-town participants can pick up their race packets from 7:30-8:30 a.m. on race day morning at Rhodes Hall.

Parking

Limited free parking is available behind Rhodes Hall at 1495 Spring Street and at the adjoining Peachtree Christian church lot. A pay parking deck is located at 1545-1555 Peachtree Street (Invesco Building); there is a flat rate of $3, and they accept credit cards. Participants can also take MARTA to the Arts Center Station and walk to Rhodes Hall. Visit www.itsmarta.com for rail maps.
