Brief Description

What if by running a race, you could carry someone's dream? Get ready for the most meaningful 5k you might ever meet - The Ribbon Run. Before the race, each runner will receive a ribbon with the dream of a neighborhood child or family written on it. After you run, tie your ribbon to a giant dreamcatcher behind the finish line. Congratulations, you've carried someone's dream!!

Additional Information

We all have a prayer, dream or passion we want to come true. On May 4th we have a chance to run a race for those dreams and prayers, and connect the Eastside neighborhoods of Atlanta to support the Atlanta Dream Center. Thousands of children, women, and men are loved, mentored and rescued each year by the Dream Center. From building kids through children's mentorship to rescuing women enslaved in sex trafficking, the Dream Center strives to break the cycle of poverty, sex trafficking and isolation in the city of Atlanta. Runners will carry ribbons tied to their arms, with the written prayers, dreams and hopes of those served by the Atlanta Dream Center. Imagine getting a handwritten prayer and running with purpose to support that individual!
