Brief Description

Date and Time Sunday, March 14, 2010 5K starts at 8:00 AM 10K starts at 8:30 AM (Kilt wearing runners invited to run either race! This is a family and pet friendly event. Dogs and strollers are welcome and will be lined up at starting line behind other participants.) Location Atlantic Station, on 17th Street west of I-75/85 in Midtown and running through the surrounding neighborhoods. Registration $25 thru 3/6/10; $30 after 3/6/10; Registration closes at Midnight EST 3/11/2010.

As of 8:34 PM today (3/11) we have hit 1500 entrants - the total number of shirts ordered.....anyone registering from that point to race day morning will have their shirt mailed to them within 2 weeks of the race - thanks for your support of the race! Packet Pick-Up Party at American Mountain in Vinings Jubilee (www.americanmountain.com) on Friday, March 12 from 5 - 9 PM; Saturday, March 13 from 10 AM - 5 PM or race morning at Registration desk. Registrants will receive a moisture-wicking, technical running shirt. Party will have refreshments and door prizes. Results Participant times will be kept using DAG chips and will be available online same day Awards and Door Prizes Post race party includes refreshments, entertainment from bands and Irish dancers! Prizes awarded to winners off each gender in these categories for both 5K and 10K: overall, overall masters, top three for “10 & Under” to “70 & Over” in five-year increments. Special awards for first kilt-wearing finisher and first JLA Member! Door prizes given out by randomly drawn bib numbers to registrants in attendance.
