The proceeds from the Romp and Stomp 5k benefit Cabbagetown Initiative CDC which is the non-profit organization responsible for the upkeep of our Community Center and two beautiful parks. Families from all over Intown Atlanta enjoy the fun, clean and safe environment these parks provide.
Park at Agave lot--corner of Boulevard and Memorial Dr. on the south side of Cabbagetown. From I-20 take the Boulevard/Zoo Atlanta exit. North on Boulevard to Agave lot. From I-85 take Freedom Parkway exit. Right (south) on Boulevard to Agave parking Lot.
We will have overall men's and women's first place and three deep in each age group M/F (14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & over) for runners. 1st place M/F for walking division and stroller division.
Special division for walkers this year.
Preview the streets of Cabbagetown by meeting up with the Cabbagetown Run Club every Thursday evening at 7pm. Milltown Tavern 180 Carroll Street.

IMPORTANT: If you sign up on Active after 5 p.m. Wednesday, you will not be able to pick up your bag until the day of the race. For all others, avoid the rush and pick up your number, timing chip and t-shirt Thursday and Friday, November 4th & 5th from 6-8 pm at the Cabbagetown Community Center. $25 registration will still also be available (unless cap of 1000 is already reached).
UPDATE: Registration online will close at 5p Friday. Registration will close at 1000 participants. Race day registration (if spots still available) is $40. So PLEASE sign up early!!
Awards include gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses as well as hand-crafted Cabbagetown Artwork!
