Brief Description

The 2010 Brookhaven Bolt is a 5k running event and family oriented festival taking place throughout the beautiful neighborhood of Ashford Park. The race will feature a moderatly challenging course with many cheering spectators, plenty of tree lined streets, and a festival offering entertainment for the kids.

Additional Information

A significant portion of the event proceeds will go directly to Ashford Park Elementary School, a shining example of the growth and progress that a DeKalb County elementary school can boast of, especially when the local community and generous corporate partners provide support and backing. This race will offer a 5k run/walk, 5k stroller stroll and a 1/2 mile kids run.
