Brief Description

The Atlanta St. Patrick’s Day 5K has moved from Virginia Highland to Piedmont Park to make room for more runners & walkers. Be sure to register early for this popular 5K. Registration will close at 1000 or on March 7th, whichever comes first.

TROPHIES/AGE GROUPS

Overall M & F, Masters M & F, and 3-Deep each age group in 5 year increments: 10 & under thru 65 & over. Phidippides gift cards for Overall M & F and Masters M & F winners.

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION: NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! Pick up packet and t-shirt early at Phidippides Ansley on: 3/8, 3/9, 3/11, 3/12, 3/12, 3/13. If picking up Race Day, go to Main Pavilion between 8:15 – 9:15am. Green 100% cotton shirts with St. Patrick’s Day theme!

COSTUME CONTEST & IRISH JIG DANCE CONTEST

$25 cash prizes for best male & female costume contest in the following age groups: Kid-12 & under; Teen-13 – 19; Adult-20 & up. Dance the best Irish Jig to win $25 cash prize.

Additional Information

New this year – Electronic Chip Timing! The course is USATF certified and is a qualifier for Peachtree Road Race (Peachtree registration opens 3/17).

Walkers welcome. Kids in strollers & dogs on leashes okay. Irish music & loads of fun!
