Atlanta Marathon Training Program (Emory Univ)
The training program is designed for novice and intermediate runners and begins Saturday, July 6. The program includes 17 Saturday group runs, Nike short sleeve performance training t-shirt, 17 week training plan, weekly communications, and four running seminars.
Participants must be able to run a 10K in less than 75 minutes prior to starting the program. This ensures that you will be able to complete the Atlanta Marathon within the 6 1/2 hour course time limit.
