Brief Description

Join us for the Run Like Hell and Run Like Heck on October 22nd! The largest cemetery run in the country! The fourth annual Oakland Cemetery Run Like Hell 5K and 1K Run Like Heck is a popular event and will close out at 1500 participants.

Run Like Heck starts at 10am. Ribbons for all 1K finishers.

Unique cemetery awards to the first three M/F overall; first M/F masters; and top 3 M/F finishers in age groups. 10& under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+.

RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP

Race Day Packet & T-Shirt Pick up only for out of town runners or emergency: 7:30-8:30am at Lion Square behind Cemetery Offices.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST

Prizes for best costume in the following catergories: Adult Male, Adult Female, Teen Male, Teen Female, 12 & under Male, 12 & under Female.

For an exciting Halloween experience, come run through the monuments and mausoleums of Atlanta’s most historic cemetery where notables such as Margaret Mitchell, Bobby Jones, and Maynard Jackson are buried.
