Brief Description

The race will be a typical 5k/10k run/walk. We will send runners off in 3 groups; 10k first, 5k, and then the Elementary Showcase, which is a run for West, East, Morrison, and The Plains elementary students. The Race starts and ends in the parking lot of West Elementary. 5k turn-around will be half the distance of the 10k. A climb up Currier will be in the last kilometer. Water will be provided throughout the run.

Additional Information

T-Shirts will be guaranteed to those who register before October 18th. Offline registrations will be available at West Elementary and at the Athens Community Center. There will also be race day registration before the run, 12:00-12:45. Bananas, oranges and water will be provided at the end of the run as will door prizes and medals or awards for top runners of each age bracket.
