Brief Description

In 2001 a cycling event was organized and has grown each year. It was originally called "Operation Red Sleigh Christmas in July Charity Bike Ride"

It has become known as the safest cycling event on the east coast. Since 2001 this organization has relied on the cycling event as the main fundraiser. 2012 will be our eleventh annual cycling event. We continue to improve the route, challenge, and support for you.

The Sleigh Ride & Reindeer Run

Join us for a weekend of fun to help children in need.

Additional Information

This year we have moved to Asheboro, leaving from Downtown, then touring Uwharrie National Forest and coming back into Asheboro. We have also added a 5k Run the night before the Sleigh Ride on a Certified track. Join us on the 20th for the Reindeer Run and the 21st for the Sleigh Ride
