Brief Description

This 6th annual event will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in Brambleton. Through the generous support of the Brambleton Community and our sponsors, this event continues to grow each year. The Event includes: Certified 10k/5k run/walk, Kids Fun Run, Sponsor Showcase and more! MORE DETAILS COMING SOON! NEW for 2013 – post-race breakfast included!

Team Challenge

Make it more fun! Form a team to represent a family, company or a group of friends and compete against other teams! Register individuals as a team separately and list the team name when asked. Team name must be exactly the same for each team member. Teams consist of at least 4 & must include at least 1 female and 1 male. Top 4 finishers’ times will be combined to determine the team's time. Top 3 overall teams will win and receive an award.

Team Members

Please click on the green "Register Now" button to register. On the registration form, select your Team name from the drop down list of teams and continue with your registration. If you do NOT see your teams name in the drop down list please contact your team captain.

Kids Fun Run!

Kids, get signed up for the fun run and Enjoy the total race experience with your own race with a course of approximately a half mile in distance! All registered participants will receive a cotton race t-shirt, breakfast and full race experience! Finishers will receive a finishers keepsake!

Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick up registration will be available on Friday, April 12 from 10 AM - 6 PM at Brambleton Town Center in an open store front across from Sport & Health. There will be NO RACE DAY registration.

Awards

Awards will be awarded to the overall male and female in the following age groups: 5k (kids groups top three) 6 and under, 7- 8, 9 – 10, 11 – 12, 13 – 14, 15 - 18, (adult groups, top two) 19 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, and 70+ 10k: (kids groups top three) 10 and under, 11 – 13, 14 – 18, (adult groups, top two) 19 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, and 70+

NO timing device:

Keep in mind: running without a timing device will result in no electronic time or eligibility for awards. A clock will be posted at the start/finish line to view when crossing the start/finish line.

Race Start Times

10k will begins at 7:30 AM, 5k will begin at 7:40 AM at the Brambleton Town Center under the balloon arch. 5k Walkers are asked to line up behind the pack at the designated walk signage. Pace signage will be displayed to assist runners in line up accordingly. Kids Fun Run will start at 9:15 AM at the start line under the balloon arch.

T-shirt Details

All runners registered by Mar. 15 will receive a navy blue technical t-shirt to model during the race or wear as bragging rights post race! Have too many shirts? Choose to opt out and save or donate a couple bucks. NOTE: Race shirts are guaranteed to all runners registered by March 15. Shirts may be available on first-come-basis for runners registering after this date, however shirts are NOT guaranteed. (no refunds will be issued if shirts are not available for runners registering after Mar. 15)
