Brief Description

A different course for all levels of ability, Kids Dashes, 1 -Mile, 3-Mile and 10K Run!
Last year, the Holiday Run and Walk for Health generated nearly $15,000 in grants for our communities!
So come out, join us and help us raise the bar!

Start Times

Race day registration/check-in opens at 7:30 am
1-Mile Run/Walk, 9:00 am
3-Mile Run/Walk, 9:35 am
10K Run, 9:30 am
Kids Dashes with Santa, 10:15 am

Awards

Ribbons awarded to all participants. Medals to 1st-5th Place Winners in Male and Female Categories. All Kid Dash participants will medals. Trophies awared to 1st Place Male and Female in all races. Participant Winner Trophies & all Cash Awards (including $100. Cash Prize to anyone who breaks the 3-Mile or 10K records) at our January 27, 2009 Awards Breakfast at Lone Tree Golf Course.

Additional Information

A major part of the raceday activities is a Health Fair. Sutter Delta Medical Center and other Health Fair vendors will be providing health testing, fitness information, and healthy food and drink sampling.
