Brief Description

The fast, scenic 5K race course winds through the jogging trails of Quiet Waters Park. This paved course will take you past some of the park’s many unique offerings, including: a manicured sculpture garden, quaint picnic pavilions, the South River promenade and overlook, and wetlands. This park truly has something for everyone.

Free Yoga Class for the first 300 registrants!

Print out your registration confirmation or bring in your race number after the race to Golden Heart Yoga and receive a free yoga class!

Kids 100-yard dash prior to 5K!

We will have a 100-yard dash for the kids at 8:15AM prior to the start of the 5K at 8:30AM. All kid finishers will receive medals. No registration is required for the 100 yard dash.
