Brief Description

A strenuous 200 yard race starting at 2:35PM on July 22 through Allyn, WA's low tide mud. Runners 13 and up are encouraged to strut their stuff. Top fitness only. Medals and prizes. All runners must sign waiver and release. Shoes are required. Our suggestion? Wear your oldest running shoes just in case you lose one! We'll have duct tape for you, too! What to wear? A tumble in the mud is likely for some so something other than your Sunday finery is in order.
