Russell Forest Run - 1 Mile Fun Run

The Russell Forest 1 mile fun run will run the circle around Russell Crossroads. This race begins at 9AM and is run over paved road and some sand, clay, and gravel road.

Directions

The directions on Google Maps may not be accurate. If you are coming from Birmingham or Auburn - take Hwy 280 to Alexander City. Go south on Hwy 63 to Russell Crossroads - approximately 11 miles. From the south Russell Crossroads is 2.8 miles north of the Kowaliga Bridge on Hwy 63. Look for signs!

This is the inaugural event and is a fund raiser for the Alexander City Schools Education Foundation.
