Fees

$20 for 5K and 1-mile Run/Walk before February 25; $30 February 26 thru race day; $15 for Toddler Trot anytime.

Brief Description

This 3rd annual Legacy Run to benefit the Alpha Pregnancy Center will take place at Legacy Park, the 82-acre sports park ministry of Sherwood Baptist Church. All proceeds will benefit the Alpha Pregnancy Center, the crisis pregnancy and family counseling ministry of SBC now in its 22nd year of operation. Aside from the runs there will be family activities and entertainment. The 5K course has been USATF certified, is a Georgia Grand Prix race; is also a Peachtree Road Race qualifying race.

Late Registration

Late Registration will take place at Sherwood Baptist Church, 2201 Whispering Pines Road, Albany, GA, 31701, on Friday evening, March 8, 2013, from 6 to 8 pm, in the Atrium. Registration will be $30 for the 5K and the 1-mile run/walk at that time and $15 for the Toddler Trot. Registration will also be available the morning of the race at Legacy Park until half hour before the start of the race. T-Shirts are not guaranteed to those that register after February 25th.

Timing & Results

CHIP Timing & Results are provided by Runners Fit Race Works. Results will be posted online immediately after race at www.runnersfit.com, www.active.com, www.coolrunning.com, and www.runningintheusa.com.

Course Information

The 5K course is USATF certified this year. This race is a Georgia Grand Prix race (state points) and also is a Peachtree Road Race qualifying event.

5K at 9:15 am 1-mile Run/Walk at 10:00 am 1/8 mile Toddler Trot (6 and under, or kindergarten and under) at conclusion of 1-mile Run/Walk Age Divisions: Male and Female, various age splits. Family activities for all kids.
