$25 per person, $50 per family up to 4 people limited to 2 Adults and 2 children under 15 please.

Brief Description

5K Fun run/walk, flat, fast course along Alameda's shoreline. Free Kids 100 yd Dash for kids under 10 years old will kick off the event.

Additional Information

This scenic out and back 5K is along Alameda's shoreline with beautiful views of the SF Bay. The Run 4 Education will start at Alameda Towne Centre near the Sushi house on the corner of Park & Shoreline Ave. Registration for the Run 4 Education will begin at 8:00am in the Alameda Towne Centre Parking lot on the Shoreline Side. Our Free Kids 100 Yard dash will precede the Run 4 Education at 9:00am. All kids under 10 years old are encouraged to join us. The 5k Fun Fun/Walk will begin at 9:30am. Join us for the Flat, Fast 5K Fun Run and Walk and help support programs at Alameda's schools. Awards will follow at 11:00am in conjunction with the Earning4Learing finally and the Alameda Day of the Arts celebrating student art work and musical performances. Please register early.
