Brief Description

Please join us for the 3rd Annual Twin City Field & River Run. The run is at the beautiful BB&T Soccer Park in Advance on August 11th, 2012. The 5K cross country course and 1 Mile Family Fun Obstacle Course were designed through the lush soccer fields and along the bank of the Yadkin River. Come enjoy the generally flat/fast course, family friendly activities, music, and door prizes!

Directions

Directions: From the East: Travel I-40 past W-S and Clemmons. Take Exit # 182 - Harper Rd./Tanglewood. Turn left onto Harper Rd. At stoplight, turn right ono Hwy. 158 Travel approximately 1/2 mile - BB&T Soccer Park entrance is immediately after bridge on your right. From the West: Travel I-40 toward Winston-Salem Take Exit #180 - Bermuda Run. Turn right onto Hwy. 801. At stoplight, turn left onto Hwy. 158. Travel approximately 1.5 miles and the entrance will be on your left.

Location

BB&T Soccer Complex is right outside of the Forsyth County line and Winston Salem city limits.

Time results will be posted the day of the race. Awards will be given after the races.

All Obstacle Course participants will receive a ribbon.

1st place male/female/coed team award 1st place individual male and female award

Fees

Early Registration for 1 Mile Family Fun Obstacle Course $10 now through June 30th / 5K Cross Country Race $20. Registration for 1 Mile Family Fun Obstacle Course $15 July 1st through August 3rd / 5K Cross Country Race $25. Late Registration for 1 Mile Family Fun Obstacle Course $20 August 4th to Race Day / 5K Cross Country Race $30.

Team Captains

Team Members

Please click on the green "Register Now" button to register. On the registration form, select your Team name from the drop down list of teams and continue with your registration. If you do NOT see your teams name in the drop down list please contact your team captain.

T-Shirts are guarenteed to the first 700 registered runners

Packet Pick - Up & Registration

Runners may register and pick up their race packets the evening before the race at the BB&T Soccer Fieldhouse.
Friday August 10th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Race organizers are not responsible for packets and awards that are not picked up.
