Brief Description

Starting and finishing at the award winning Woodbridge Winery, our flat, fast and friendly half marathon and 5k courses traipse past the beautiful scenery of grape vines and mustard seed in full bloom.

Race Registration

Half Marathon entry fees: $50 until March 31st, $55 from April 1st to online deadline of May 11th midnight, $62 at Fleet Feet Stockton on Friday, May 14th and Saturday, May 15th. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. 5K entry fees: $30 until March 31st, $35 April 1st to online deadline of May 10th midgnight, $42 at Fleet Feet Stockton on Friday, May 14th and Saturday, May 15th. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Race is limited to the first 1,500 entrants. Enter early before it fills up!

Packet Pickup

If pre-registered, you can pick up your goodie bag, number,timing chip and shirt at Fleet Feet Sports, 6541 Pacific Avenue, Stockton (next to Trader Joes) on Friday or Saturday, May 14th and 15th from 10am-6pm. You may also pick up your packet on race day starting at 5:30am at Woodbridge Winery. You may have others pick up your race packet.

Woodbridge Winery is located at 5950 E. Woodbridge Road, Acampo, CA 95220. From Sacramento: 99 south to Woodbridge Rd. exit, east on Woodbridge Road to Woodbridge Winery. From Stockton: 99 north to Woodbridge Rd. exit, south on Frontage Rd, east on Woodbridge Road to Woodbridge Winery. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY FOR TRAFFIC ON RACE MORNING

Course Details

The half marathon follows country roads just east of Lodi, beginning and ending at Woodbridge Winery. Follow the roads past the beautiful scenery of grape vines and mustard seed in full bloom. There will be 6 aid stations with water and PowerBar Endurance fluid replacement drink. The 5k course has the same start and finish with 1 (one) aid station.

What You Receive

Entry fee includes, New Balance technical race shirt (1/2 marathon), custom race shirt (5k),commemorative wine glass, wine tasting, finisher's medal (1/2 Marathon), goodie bag, parking, entertainment and post race lunch! Additional wine glasses will be for sale, if you wish to make a set, at Woodbridge Winery tasting room. T-shirt size is guaranteed only for those who pre-register.

Awards

Overall men’s and women’s 1/2 marathon winner (20 and below excluded) will receive their weight in wine! Awards to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age div: 20 and under, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, ... to 70+. First place in each 1/2 marathon age div. (excluding 20 and under) will receive a custom engraved double magnum wine bottle trophy. First place in each 5k age division (excluding 20 and under) will receive a custom wine bottle trophy. Finishers medals to all 1/2 marathon participants.

Beneficiaries

The 4th Annual Kaiser Pemanente Avenue of the Vines Half Marathon and 5k benefits the Lodi Boys and Girls Club and the American Heart Association. Visit each organization's website at www.bgclodi.org and www.americanheart.org, respectively.

No entry Refunds, Exchanges or Transfers

Entry fees are not refundable for any reason - including injury. You may not exchange or transfer your entry to anyone else or to another race. Race numbers and timing chips must be worn only by the original entrant.

Race Timing

Capital Road Race Management will one again provide ChampionChip Timing. All participants are responsible for returning their chip at the conclusion of the race. If for some reason your chip is not returned on race day, please use the envelope provided to mail it back. Please be advised that an unreturned chip will result in at $20 fee.
