The Fall marathon training groups and the Couch to 5K program will officially begin on July 11, 2011. Each participant will receive a personalized training plan, expert coaching, entry into the 2011 Rib, Rub and Run 5K/10K event of their choice, a tech shirt and the target Marathon/half-marathon as appropriate. The participants also receive special discounts in the Rockwall Running Center. The paticipants will have group sessions scheduled at least three days per week where they have an option to attend. You will receive a training schedule designed to safely increase your mileage and also membership into the Rockwall Running Club. The club membership entitles you to participate in up to eight social runs per week. The most of any running club in the Metroplex.
