Brief Description
This is a 10 week beginning running program(Monday, February 25- Sunday, May5) that includes a personalized training schedule, expert presenters, a performance wear shirt, 2 group runs per week, kickoff party, and post event party. This is a social running program that assists individuals who want to learn to run. This is a supportive, social, and fun training program for a variety of different paces. No prior running experience is necessary.
