The 8 week session will meet at 6:00 p.m. at Sierra Strength and Speed located at 3750 Barron Way. The class will focus on strength training for injury prevention,linear activities, cross training, movement preparation, mobility/flexibility/stability and core strength.
This class is perfect for individuals who want to increase their strength, but do not feel like they may be ready for speedwork training. This class is designed for all levels of runners, from beginners to advanced.
