REALLY GETTING FIT!
Once you're registered, its time to get started! We will have two (2) weekly run/walk sessions at The Athlete's Foot/Capital Fitness - Cameron Village (Mon. & Thur. at 6 p.m.). We will have at least four (4) Saturday informational training sessions. These sessions will have certified trainers and coaches lecturing on topics such as injury prevention, stretching, strength training, proper diet, nutrition and hydration, heart-rate based training, etc. Exact dates and locations TBD.
