Brief Description
Training for a marathon or a half marathon requires persistence, commitment, and science. Knowing how to work with the body's physiology is key to running your best 13.1 or 26.2.
Our programs are designed to do more than just "log miles," they are designed to make each mile count and to ensure that the necessary changes in your physiology are occurring to ensure success.
This program will have you peak for either the Eugene (Olympia Group) or the Tacoma Marathon (Tacoma Group).
