Running 101 - Session V

Brief Description

Running 101 is designed for those wanting to learn how to run and complete a 5K successfully. Runners of all shapes, sizes, and speeds are welcome. Over the course of the 6-week program runners will progress from running 1 minute to running 30 minutes. The group will meet on Saturday mornings for coached workouts. Participants will receive weekly workouts, a technical long-sleeve running shirt and a water bottle.

Weekly emailed workouts, a long sleeve technical t-shirt, water bottle, and entry into the Run for Life! 5K on Saturday February 11th.

Additional Information

All group workouts will be scheduled for early Saturday mornings throughout the program.
