Advanced Speed Training for Endurance Runners

Brief Description

Join us on Monday nights for a once-a-week session of challenging interval training, tempo runs and more!

If you're ready to take your running performance to the next level, then this 18-week program is for you! Note: You must meet the minimum requirements listed in the section below.

If You Want To Run Fast, You’ve Got to Run Fast…

...and you do that by learning more about leg turnover and stride length; and by better understanding the ‘mechanics’ of quickness and speed. Then, running fast is the result of effectively applying what you’ve learned--under the direction and guidance of consistently excellent coaching.

Running fast is all about running more efficiently. It’s about concentration. It’s about training. And, it’s about power and strength.

Is this program for me?

If you’ve competed in races of 10-mile distances (or greater), and want to run fast--this is your training program.
