YW Winter Boot Camp
Are you ready to commit? YW Winter Boot Camp is a co-ed 11 week training program focusing on conditioning and muscle-toning through plyometric and total body drills. Prepare to get muddy, prepare to be challenged, and prepare to take fitness to the next level while having a great time with new friends.
At the culmination of the program participants will have the option to participate as a team in the Spartan Sprint Race on March 24, 2013. Please note race registration fees are separate from program fees. The Spartan Sprint is a “5k obstacle course with 15+ obstacles, trails, mud runs, physical and mental challenges.”
This Boot Camp is not recommended for individuals new to exercise. Participants should provide goggles, shoes, workout gloves and clothes that may get dirty. Contact Jody Frazier at email@example.com or call 704-525-5770 with any questions.
Training Dates: January 9 – March 24. Wednesdays 7pm – 8:30pm & Saturdays 10am – 11:30am
Training Locations: YWCA pool, spin room, parking lot, and tennis court, and local parks.
