Join us for a run so you can see for yourself how the Galloway run/walk/run method can get you to the finish line injury free and feeling great!
Join us at Shaw's Athletics, 1415 Timberlane Road Tallahassee, FL 32312 Shaw will host a pre-Kickoff Galloway meet and greet at his store from 6:30 to 7:30pm on Wednesday February 13th. He will close his store down a half hour early for us (7:30pm) and we will start the Kickoff Meeting at 7:30 and it will run to 8:30.
The classes will begin on Tuesday, February 19th, and continue on the 26th, March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and April 2nd.We will shoot for the April 6th Springtime Tallahassee 5k as our big event!
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training seasion. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
