Join us for a run so you can see for yourself how the Galloway run/walk/run method can get you to the finish line injury free and feeling great!

Breif Description

The Santa Rosa Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, or first 5K. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. This run/walk/run training program will prepare participants for an incredible achievement. If you're not certain about whether to join, come with us for a free test run.

What do Program Members Receive?

*A copy of Jeff Galloway's book Galloway Training Programs if you are a new member

*A technical shirt

*A training program designed for the event you are training for

*Group runs every Sunday 8AM for the Half Marathon Training Group and every Tuesday 6PM for the Getting Started Training Group. Pace groups for all abilities.

Refund Policy

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

Half Marathon Training Program Kickoff

The Half-Marathon training program kickoff on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 8AM. We will be meeting at Fleet Feet Sports, 111 3rd Street, Santa Rosa, CA. There will be an informational meeting were you will receive your training book, a tech shirt and a training schedule. After the meeting we will be going on a short run along the Santa Rosa Creek Path. We are training for the 2nd half of the San Francisco Marathon on June 16, 2013.
