Atlanta Galloway BCM Training Program

This program utilizes the Galloway method which allows participants of all levels and ages to run injury free. This metro-Atlanta running program combines a unique run/walk/run training method utilizing pace groups from walkers to competition ready. This training program is the only of its kind dedicated specifically to preparing its members for the full or half Marathon in sunny Jacksonville, FL on Sunday, February 23, 2014.

Refund Policy

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training seasion. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

Attention BCM Half Marathoners

Early Start Option!
Individuals interested in the half marathon training can join the program at the cost for the full marathon training (New Members $159 or Alumni $99) effective July 13, 2013 until the half training starts October 26, 2013. This training will prepare you for the Atlanta Half Marathon on Thanksgiving Day.
