Getting Started: This is a 10 week training program designed to take the walk/light jogger and have them be able to run/walk 5 miles in 10 weeks.

Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon San Antonio July 2013

Are you ready to Rock 'n Roll ? Come join our groups as we prepare for one fun and exciting adventure. You do not have to be a Rock Star to run this BUT you'll just feel like one. We will have both a Saturday morning or Sunday morning program your choice of day.

Getting Started Georgetown Sundays May 19, 2013

Getting Started is a 10 week program designed for the person just starting out in running. We will train the Jeff Galloway run/walk method with walk breaks every run segment. In just 10 weeks you'll be able to run/walk 5 miles. Give us 2 hours a week and we'll change how you view running forever. Galloway Austin Fall Marathon Training May19. 2013

Come join us as we kick off our fall marathon training season. We will start training May 19, 2013 for all fall marathons that are from October to November. This would be Chicago, Marine Corp. New York, Portland and of course Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in San Antonio. Kickoff will be at Mozart's at 3825 Lake Austin Blvd. from 7am - 9am and will include our first group 3 mile run. Please park across street up hill for event as parking is limited.

Getting Started Austin Saturdays May 18, 2013

This program will prepare you to be able to run/walk 5 miles in 10 weeks.Most of our Getting Started folks last year were able to go on and continue to run their first half marathon in San Antonio in November. Refund Policy

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

Austin Marathon / National Breast Cancer Marathon

Want to run the best feel good marathon of your life? July 21, 2013 we start training for The National Breast Cancer Marathon in Jacksonville Florida and Austin Live strong Marathon. The National Breast Cancer Marathon is really a great event and very well supported. The Austin Marathon takes you through the beautiful city of Austin Texas. July 21st. Come try the group "free" and see if we're for you. Kickoff July 21st at Runetx Store 422 Riverside Drive at 8 am. Q&A and first 3 mile run/walk.

Year Round Training Program Sundays Austin 2013

All our runners want to train the whole year around with races that are scheduled all year long. The Year Round Training begins March 10th 2013. and you can continue training until Feb. 2014. What is a new feature with this program we are going to practice the tools and drills you need to improve you speed and endurance. Magic Mile, Hill repeats ,tempo runs, cadence drills are just a few things we'll add March through May training. Knowing how to do these will help gain steps to your next PR.

3M Plus One Half Marathon Training Program Oct. 27

Come join us in training for the 3M Half Marathon and get a bonus by running Austin or National Breast Cancer as your second half marathon. After your 3M race you continue on and train for The Breast Cancer or Austin Half Marathon with us at no extra fee. You will need to pay entry fees to the races but we'll guide you to the starting lines and get you to the FINISH! This is a Saturday or Sunday Training Program your choice of day.
