Brief Description

This structured co-ed youth program (developed by RRCA) encourages the enjoyment of running/fitness. Emphasis on participation and developing a healthy lifestyle as opposed to competition. Focus will be on improving personal times while increasing endurance and distance. Program culminates with group participation in a 5k on April 13th. Registration fees for the race are included in your program fees. Parents are encouraged to train along with their child(ren) at practices.

SPRING BREAK:

NO Practices during Spring Break, March 24-31st.

Additional Information

Practices: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and Sundays, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. in Brambleton (at Legacy Elem. track/surrounding community) For children in 1st - 8th grade. REGISTRATION INCLUDES: race fees for culminating race as well as a team shirt. You may opt out on either of these items and your registration fees will be reduced.
