Brief Description

Newton Running™ coaching certification provides coaches, trainers and runners with knowledge to assist with efficient running form, injury prevention and training goals. Program fee includes instruction, Newton Running shoes, text books and apparel package. This is an interactive course and includes lectures, clinics and other practical sessions.

Course Requirements

Coach candidates must: 1. Complete a background check 2. Read course text books 3. Sign liability release and waiver 4. Pass written test 5. Pass a running form and teaching evaluation

Course Benefits

Course fee includes one pair of Newton Running shoes, text books, apparel package, instruction, snacks and drinks.

Curriculum

Running form, strength training, range of motion, aerobic development, basic injury assessment, running shoe prescription and motor skill development are covered.
