Meets Sundays Starting June 9th, for 12 weeks. The focus is developing technique and endurance for both running and cycling. Training will consist of a mix of drills, cardio,and technical instruction. Training location may vary based on weather and training goals. Most training is located in the general Round Rock area. Training is One day per week "Club" and 3 days per week "Team". What is "Club" versus "Team" training? The "Club" training is once a week and design for developing athletes that are building their skills and strength. The "Team" Training is structured training to build strength and endurance for competitive triathlon. Team members are typically racing 1 to 2 times per month in USAT events.
