Women on Weights (WOW) - Fall

About This Activity

This program is designed for women by a woman.  It is a fun and structured class with weight training in combination with a with a cardio workout.  Most women who exercise spend their time on cardio machines, but by adding in strength training, you will be physically stronger, lose body fat, and gain in strength without bulk.  Gain confidence and learn how to use weights properly while having fun!  Bring a set of hand weights and a mat to the class.  Try a single session for $12, or all 11 for $99
