LLANO SECO RANCH MALLARD PONDS: Located next to Llano Seco Refuge, this is truly one of the premiere duck clubs in the state and nation. Hunt with longtime guide Merle Leighty in the Llano Seco Mallard Ponds, which features some of the oldest remnant natural marsh and old growth riparian habitats found anywhere in California. The hunt will take place on a mutually agreeable date. Hunt Date: TBD January Capacity: Three Hunters RECLAMATION DISTRICT 833: Enjoy a memorable hunt on this 800-acre property in the heart of the Butte Sink. Depending on the conditions at the time of the hunt, a boat ride to the blind is required and your host will take care of all the necessities. Hunt Date: TBD January Capacity: Three Hunters TANGLEFREE PROPERTIES, LLC: The property is located in Lambertville, CA near the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge sanctuary. The lucky winner and their guest will meet at the club at 1 pm on Jan 6, before the morning hunt date and enjoy a wonderful afternoon hunt. Special Conditions: Food and lodging provided! Bring a sleeping bag and a towel for the shower. Hunt Date: January 7-Capacity two hunters UPPER VALLEY RANCH: Located north of Marysville and east of Gridley, this property can produce great duck hunting opportunities as birds move down the eastern half of the valley from the Oroville Afterbay and surrounding duck clubs. Hunt Date: January 11-Capacity two hunters RICE-N-DICE: Shoot 3-man rice blind in the Sutter Basin near the town of Robbins, CA with CWA Staff. Special Conditions: 20 gauge only Capacity: Two hunters Hunt Dates: January 11 January 21-with John Carlson, Jr, California Waterfowl’s President January 25 GLIDE IN RANCH: Located in the Yolo Bypass and bordering the southernmost closed zone of the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area, the Glide In is the premier duck club in the bypass. Hunt Date: January 8-Capacity one hunter

California Waterfowl is an award-winning 501(C)(3) nonprofit, conservation organization with a mission to conserve the state’s waterfowl, wetlands, and hunting heritage. In the last 20+ years, we have completed nearly 1,400 individual projects to protect, restore, and enhance almost 490,000 acres, providing habitat for millions of birds and animals. Our Wood Duck Program has hatched more than 740,000 ducklings, while our Banding Program has marked over 257,000 waterfowl. Our Youth and Education Programs have reached almost 320,000 children, young adults, and families to help to create a better understanding of biology, conservation, and outdoor heritage. All efforts are supported largely by donations and the work of over 1,500 dedicated and tireless volunteers.
