Ms. Janey Schafer '09; Capacity: 20- Let your taste buds travel without leaving the kitchen as we explore Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisines. Each week ends with a collaborative feast based on the everyone's favorite favorites . Week 1 we travel to Italy as we learn how to prepare different types of appetizers and pasta dishes. Week 2 the itinerary is Asian-style dishes, as we prepare everything from noodle soups to fried rice . Week 3 we land in Mexico preparing dishes such as fresh salsa, tacos, and enchiladas.
