This camp focuses on developing the “whole athlete,” because great athletes make great players, regardless of sport. During sessions, each athlete will work to develop his/her strength, power, speed, endurance, flexibility, & agility – all of which are essential to success in athletics. Accordingly, workouts will include stretching, plyometrics, weight-training, agility-training, and speed-enhancement components. All skill levels are welcome, as Camp Counselors will work closely with the athletes in order to ensure that they are learning and practicing proper form and technique. ALL current and prospective Boylan athletes are eligible to attend. ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A CAMP T-SHIRT. No camp over the week of the July 4th Holiday. Athletes with scheduling conflicts should speak to Coach Cacciatore about attending alternative session(s).
