About This Activity

All Park Board fitness programs include the proper components to total body fitness: a warm-up, an aerobic session, floor work and toning session, and a cool-down. Also, all equipment is supplied by the Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center! Please remember, participants are urged to work at their own pace. It is recommended that prior to starting any exercise program, you consult your physician. This is not what your remember as a child. Class idesigned to use pilates, yoga and core workout. With the use of weighted hula hoops anyone can do this class!
