About This Activity

If you experience joint or back discomfort, have an existing injury or disability or just love the water, then aquatic fitness is the exercise program for you. Swimmers and non-swimmers can get a great cardio workout, shape and tone muscles, reduce stress and socialize with friends old and new. Recommend use of pool shoes and noodle.
