We will cover safe dance posture and movements that will strengthen every part of our bodies! No previous dance experience is required. Belly Dance is an ancient and beautiful art form that was created by women for women to celebrate the joys of being a woman. It will not only help you reach your fitness goals, but boost your confidence and self-esteem. Open to girls of all ages, shapes and sizes!
Be comfy! Exercise/Yoga/Dance pants, or leggings with a Tee or Tank. Bare feet, socks or dance shoes.
