About This Activity

Teen-Adult - If your hamsrings are open, your core and upper body are strong, and you have an understanding of the basic poses, then give this class a try.  Vinyasa, or poses that flow one to the next, will be practiced.  Each class will include one or two "focuses," going into detailed explanation about more advanced asanas to enable the student to become an increasingly skilled practitioner of yoga.    *Bring yoga mat, yoga block, water bottle; wear comfortable clothing        *No class 11/21
